In August 2026, we installed and commissioned a system for extracting emissions generated during the mechanical washing of railway wheelsets at ČMŽO Přerov. Due to the use of concentrated cleaning agents and the high process temperature, the ventilation system was manufactured from polypropylene.
The installed system effectively captures emissions generated as a by-product of the washing process. The solution helps reduce the concentration of harmful substances in the workplace, prevents emissions from spreading to adjacent areas, and improves working conditions for operators.
